NSEN-6421 Software System Level Testing (SE
759) Note: The following provides a suggested course description, objectives, and an outline. These may be modified pending discussion with the Faculty Chairs, proposing faculty, and other curriculum reviewers. Course Description: A second graduate course on topics related to software testing and verification. Topics include design-of-experiment approaches to test construction, statistical analysis of test results, proof of correctness, fault injection, automated software testing, etc. Students will acquaint themselves with current papers the in testing literature and practice the techniques presented in class via individual and/or group exercises. Course Objectives: To enable students to become familiar with advanced techniques for designing software testing programs, to become acquainted with the current state of the discipline in software testing, and to pursue further development of robust testing methods. |
