Course Description: An overview of the physics
and technologies associated with producing nanometer-sized components.
Looks at selected topics from solid state physics, chemistry, materials
science, and IC fabrication technologies. Examines the potential
structures and applications of various types of nanodevices; considers
public concerns about the danger of nanotechnologies.
