NEEM-6401  Semiconductor Physics

Course Description: Properties of semiconductors, band structure, direct and indirect band gaps, Fermi surface, doping, electrical junctions, charge injection, charge transport in semiconductors, scattering, carrier statistics, optical properties, generation and recombination kinetics.
