NEEC-6608  Microwave Devices and Circuits (EM 732)

Course Description: Principles of device operation and circuit characteristics are described for the microwave IMPATT, TRAPATT, Gunn diode, varactor diode, p-i-n diode, tunnel diode, bipolar transistor, and field effect transistor. Wave guide circuits, striplines, and microwave integrated circuits are covered.
